How it works

HumanAPI is simple to integrate into your own software, and enables your software to schedule tasks for our team of assistants.

Assistants are automatically scheduled to perform tasks based on their experience and any specific facilities needed. When your task is completed HumanAPI can send a report back to your server with confirmation, and any additional details captured by the assistant.

Example - calling a customer to collect billing details

1. Your application submits a task to HumanAPI using a secure HTTP call
2. HumanAPI queues the task, and passes a unique Task ID number to your application
3. The task is assigned automatically to one of our assistants
4. Our assistant calls your customer on the number given, and asks the questions you specified
5. The assistant enters the customer's responses into the HumanAPI system
6. When the call is complete, HumanAPI submits the response to your application with its Task ID number.

HumanAPI assistants are located around the globe, across a wide range of timezones, so that whatever time of day you submit a request, we will have assistants availabe to carry out your tasks.
